Journeying Together I
Thirty five years of marriage is worth writing about. That is not always the case, sadly, but in our case we have had a good journey so far despite the ups and downs. John is more of a book writer than Anne who, like her late mother Doris, is a copious letter writer. Shaping up our story is more due to him than her and is determined by six places we have lived since our marriage solemnised in 1988 by an Amerindian priest in Guyana, South America. Prefaced by our individual stories the plot moves from Guyana to Coventry, London and Sussex building momentum as our sons enter the picture with their families: Dave and Denise with Tori and Robyn, John Junior and James and Rebecca set to be married next year.
